Sydney Winter Holiday 2014 (Day 3): Featherdale Wildlife Park

After too much city scene for a day, day 3 is all about nature for my family and I. We decided to pay a trip to Blue Mountain and made a stop at the Featherdale Wildlife Park along the way.

Few things why we love Featherdale:
1. We can get up close and personal with the animals.
The wallabies are let to roam around freely and we can interact with them

2. We can feed some of the animals, like the wallabies and the kangaroos. There's tons of them :)

Check out that baby kangaroo

3. So many wombats.. I kinda think that wombat is the new thing..
The wombat that greeted you in the main entrance
Yep this is the same wombat as the one above.. I just find this picture extra hilarious with the yawning haha

4. And Koalas

5. And Dingoes

6. Quokkas

7. So many type of birds, this is just one of them

8. And this cute little fella.

Featherdale is located at 217 Kildare Rd, Doonside NSW 2767

Now off to Blue Mountain....
